Purushottam M. Shriyan(PM) : Joint Managing Director

"PM" had a vast experience of 25 years as a banker with critical exposure to FERA and other related acts. He is considered as an expert in customs act and other allied acts.

He has an indepth knowledge on customs tariff which enables him to offer expert advice to the importers on tariff matters, import trade control regulations etc.


Vedprakash M.S. : Joint Managing Director

Vedprakash has a rich experience of 14 years in the logistics industry. Being a chartered accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India gives him an added advantage. It is his hardwork and brainchild that has made "Divya" today a leader in frieght forwarding and supply chain management in India.

He is considered a thorough professional with indepth knowledge of the frieght forwarding industry and its various modern concepts.

He is a member of the following trade and financial bodies:

  • Fellow of the institute of chartered accountants of India
  • Member of the council of EU (European Union) chambers of commerce
    • in India.
  • Member of the council of Indo-Belgium chambers of commerce in India.
  • Represents various cultural and social organisations in various capacities.
